Metro South West Development Squads Announced

The 2009 Metro South West Development Squads have been announced and congratulations to the following 10 swimmers from our club who have been selected:

Congratulations to all the swimmers, in particular Isacc, Hayley and Jessica who have been selected for the first time.

Novice Squad
The Novice Squad will attend a skills and drills session at Mount Annan on Saturday, 24th October, 2009. A sausage sizzle will be provided with fresh fruit and juice after the session has been completed.

D Squad - NSW Development Meet Team
The NSW Development Meet Team will be competing for Metro South West at the Swimming NSW Development Meet on Sunday, 4th October, 2009 at Sydney Olympic Park. In preparation for the meet, the squad will be attending a camp from September 11-13, and a training session on Saturday, 26th September, 2009.

B Squad - Target Squad
The Target Squad will be attending a camp at the NSW Academy of Sport on October 16-18, 2009 which will include pool training sessions.

Peter Johnston will also be a coach for the Development Squads, as a coach for the Novice Squad, Development Meet Team and the Target Squad.
Sarah Johnston, Dylan Baker, Amber Johnson and Steven Nguyen will also be coaches for the Novice Squad.
