NSW State Masters Long Distance Championships 05 September 2013 Peter-Johnston Latest News The NSW State Masters Long Distance Short Course Championships will be held at Knox Aquatic Centre on Sunday, 8th September, 2013. The Long Distance Championships are unique to Masters Swimming and feature events ranging from 400m Freestyle up to 1500m Butterfly. This will be our club's second appearance at the Short Course version of the Championships as we attempt to defend our title from 2011 (Short Course and Long Course versions are held in alternate years). Four swimmers are taking up the challenge, competing in 7 individual events. Our team will be competing in the following events at the meet: Tricia Johnston 400m Breaststroke (4:47pm) Peter Johnston 800m Breaststroke (1:18pm) 400m Breaststroke (4:47pm) Alison Sakurovs 800m Individual Medley (2:10pm) 400m Breaststroke (4:47pm) Ian Wilson 1500m Freestyle (9:00am) 400m Individual Medley (5:24pm) Times should be used as a guide only.
