Some good results at the NSW Metropolitan Championships on the weekend as our team swam 3 new personal best times.

Alison Johnston swam 2 new PBs at the meet. In the 100m Butterfly, Alison took over 1 second off her time to finish in 1:13.93, while in the 100m Freestyle, she beat her previous best by 0.18 and swam under 1:03 for the first time - finishing in 1:02.88.

Kayla Hine swam a new personal best time in her 200m Individual Medley, breaking her time by 2.64 seconds to post a time of 2:39.28. Kayla also swam a season best time in her 200m Breaststroke of 2:58.76.

Dyana Crabb was our third swimmer at the meet and was very close to her PBs in both her events.

Overall, some very pleasing results as Dyana and Kayla continue their preparation for the State Age Championships in 2 weeks time.
